You should see the nude bottom with penis in the CAS selection panel along with the default female nude bottom, and you can click on it to select it. I have the mods downloaded into Sims 4 > Mods > Nude (a sub folder) and I had no issues with your previous versions until I realized that the update messed with them yesterday (which is when I went in for all the downloads again.)
